Cleo B. Adelman Cleo B. Adelman, age 80, of Rootstown, passed away Wednesday, Janu- ary 30, 2019, at UHPMC. She was born March 20, 1938, in Stinson, West Virginia, to parents Oatha and Maysel (May) Drake. Cleo was a devot- ed wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother, who had a special place in her heart for all chil- dren.

She was a member of Community Bible Church. Cleo enjoyed flowers and gardening, and had a deep love for butterflies. She was a tal- ented seamstress and a great cook. Cleo also en- joyed the outdoors, espe- cially with her family as she was fishing, deer hunting, or camping. Cleo is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, George Adelman; children: Reginia (Keith) Eckmeyer, Adrian Brown, Skip (Janet) Adelman, Michelle Adelman, and Sandy Rice; as well as her siblings: Ford (Darlene) Drake, Jean (Ed) Blacklock, and Crickette (Don) Traxler.

Her memory will also be cherished by her loving grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Cleo was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Nolen Brown; and her siblings, Pauline, Jack, Mart, Ruth, and Raymond. Friends and family will be received Monday, February 4, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., with Pastor Scott Hindel offi- ciating the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at the Wood- Kortright-Borkoski Funer- al Home, 703 E. Burkhart Late Monday, January 28, 2019 Dolores G. Burkhart of Munroe Falls passed away while being attended by very special hospice members that had been caring for her for several months. Dolores was at home at Danbury Memory Care in Cuyahoga Falls. She was 90 years old. Dolores was born Dolores Georgia Mueller, in Pitts- burgh, Pa.

on November 30, 1928 to Georgia E. and Walter G. Mueller, their first child; followed by her sister, Marlene and her brother, (Walter) Gary Mueller. Dolores at- tended Academy of West- inghouse High School in Pittsburgh, graduat- ing in 1946. She aspired to be a fashion model and though that dream did not come to fruition, she was beautiful and always in style.

Dolores worked as a secretary for Westing- house Electric Corpora- tion before meeting and marrying James Burkhart in 1955. Dolores was a homemaker much of her life, and she worked for several years at Department Store in Stow, in the clothing department. Dolores loved spending time with her children and then babysitting and play- ing with her grandchil- dren. She had a passion for reading and liked to work in the flower beds in her yard in Stow. Dolores is survived by her daughter, Jane B.

Catherine; son, James H. (Dolly) Burkhart III; grand- children: Michele K. (Josh) Snyder, Shelby N. Burkhart; great- grandchildren, Mikaela and Alessandra Snyder; and brother, Gary (Donna) Mueller. Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, James H.

Burkhart, sister, Marlene Danhires; and parents, Georgia and Walter Mueller. A private service offici- ated by Reverend Jim Case is to be held at Redmon Funeral Home to celebrate her life. Julia and her husband Andrew owned the Best Shoe Clinic in Barberton for many years. She was a member of the St. Eliza- beth Society, a former member of Holy Trinity, and a current member of Prince of Peace Parish, a member of the Barberton Senior Center, and an avid bowler. Mostly, she enjoyed dancing and taught Hungarian Danc- ing for over 30 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew.

She is survived by her children: Dennis (Juanita), Andy, and Ed; grandchildren, Dennis, Kenny (Joanne), Nick (Tala), Matthew (Sadie), Vickie (Bill) Desatnik and Christen (Andy) Brown; a a i Kaylee Desatnik and Lindsie (Jaryn) Scherings; nieces, Joann (Carl) Voight, Sandy (Bill) Tubbs, Judy (Gary) Edmunds, Susan Jeffer- ies, Nephews: Leo, John (Donna) Kamany and; great-nieces, Trease, Tina and Cindy; extended family and friends. Joseph DiDonato, Jr. Joseph DiDonato, 91, loving husband, fa- ther, and grandfather died January 29, 2019. DiDonato grew up on the north side of Pittsburgh, the son of Jo- seph and Marie DiDonato. He graduated from Oliver High School in 1947 and then served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He married the love of his life, Constance Cuda, on September 7, 1957 and proceeded to raise four children in Pittsburgh, Pa.

After serving our coun- try, Joe enjoyed a 38- year career with the Unit- ed States Postal Service, primarily serving the Bel- levue Branch neighbor- hoods. As a son of Italian im- migrants, Joe was a gen- erous, hard-working man who always put the needs of others before his own. His humble, engaging personality allowed him to get along with anyone. Joe had a spark that would occasionally ignite him into the life of the party. In addition to enjoying every minute with his chil- dren and grandchildren, Joe was a Pittsburgh sports enthusiast always rooting for the black and gold.

He also relished family vacations, annual fishing trips to Canada, and weekly golf rounds with his closest friends. His wife, Constance, preceded him in death as did his brother, Oresto DiDonato. Joe is survived by his four children, Paul DiDonato, John DiDonato (Marianne), Margaret Reagan (Peter), Jean Schooley (Tim); eight loved grandchildren who will always have a fond place in their hearts for their Mat- thew, Alyssa, John Mi- chael, Mary Grace, Con- nie, Mary Claire, Danny, and Colleen. He is also survived by his brother, Donald DiDonato. Joe lived a wonderful 91 years and left this world in comfort and peace.

He is now re- warded by rejoining his loving wife, after missing her for the last 28 years. Eric Henderson Eric Henderson, 47, passed away January 31, 2019. Born in Akron, Eric had lived in the Akron area for most of his life. He had a passion for finding and selling antiques. He also enjoyed collecting fishing lures and bicycles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Faye.

Terry was born in Ak- ron, Ohio and was a graduate of Stow High School (Class of 1976), where he was a multi- sport athlete and liked by all. Terry excelled in his IT career, most recently a Vice President in Risk Management at PNC Bank. He was a father who loved beyond his words and celebrated the strengths and differences in all five of his children. He enjoyed staying busy, watching sports, golfing and traveling to visit close friends. He spent most of his time enjoying family.

Terry is survived by many. He was a son to Don and Sue Nolte of Kent; a brother to Mike (Jeane) Nolte of Stow, Bonnie Nolte of Kent and Jeff Nolte of Los Angeles; a dad to Marin (Nick) Owen of Silver Lake, Derric Nolte of New York City, Alexa Nolte of Ak- ron, Kenzie Nolte of Cin- cinnati and Colin Nolte of Kent.
