Unsure if the $10 would unlock more brands or only be used on cards you have redeemed in the past.
But in the past someone said your funds are pooled. So, if you buy a $50 Travel AnyCard and a $50 Birthday AnyCard, once you have added both to your online account, you then have $100 which can be used on brands in the Travel or Birthday Cards.

Any of the AnyCards are good for all of the merchants.. with the exception maybe of the Flight Centre one. Thy way they work, you load them all online and they go into a balance account.. then you redeem from that account to the e-gift cards you want from the listed merchants.

Hey @newfbc or any BC RFDer's
Did you get charged GST + PST on the AnyCard purchase?
Also, if you did the Vanilla Visa (on the run store) promo, did you encounter just the $5.50 activation fee or both activation fee and taxes.
TIA!

Sorry in advanced but I am so confused, tried to sift through the thread but couldn't find concrete answers on my situation.
I want to buy $500 of the travel anycard specifically to use for Air Transat.
1.) I see it on the front page but it's not available on their website (as a brand), the travel card itself is not even available on walmart.ca or shown on their site, can I buy any version of the anycard and use it at Air Transat or do I specifically have to purchase the travel version anycard?
2.) If I can use any version of the anycard, can I purchase 2 x $250 and receive $100 back? Or do I have to break out those transactions at $50 increments to receive $10 back each time
3.) Just to confirm, the $10 giftcard, that is a walmart e-giftcard, right?
4.) Redemption part - once I have my $500 any card, I go online to 'redeem' it, I can choose Air Transat and all those funds will now be transferred to Air Transat as a eGC, right? Don't have to wait for physical AirTransat GC?
Thanks so much, again apologies for the questions!

Not sure if this helps.
#1 - if you can't find it online (walmart.ca) you most likely have to go instore to get the right version (Travel).
#2 - Per Newfbc's post and T&C of the promo - you can buy $500 worth in one transaction but you must split them out $50 each card, as the promo site states $50 card per $10 bonus. I have done this on a similar promo and bought multiple GCs to get the multiple bonus.
#3 - Per Newfbc's post, no it's either Anycard or Walmart.
#4 - I believe it's an eGC not physical GC as it's all done electronically.

Ah no Apple gift cards available through any card it seems. I was about to buy a new iPad and this would be a good way to save 20%

The Travel Card shown on the front page is redeemable ONLY at Flight Centre travel agency. It seems to be different than the other cards which are redeemed online for different merchant e-cards. Air Transat (or Flight Centre) is not listed there.
Everything @terranaj98 stated otherwise is correct.
Again, Air Transat is NOT a vendor to redeem for online. Do not buy these cards thinking you can do that.
The brands you can redeem for are here...

Once you use the AnyCard to buy an eGC and then use that eGC, how do you remove it from the My eGifts page? I have an old eGC there and every time I see it I think I had forgotten to use it.

I just used a new account after redeeming a dozen of cards. And they don't even seem to be sorted by redemption time.

I thought gift cards were not taxable.
I believe it's because the brands included are ones like Nintendo or Xbox where they include or bundle SaaS. I used to work in the government PST department and when software comes into play it attracts tax.

Has anyone purchased the anycard instore? Did you pay $50 or $50 + taxes?
Online they charge both taxes.

Can confirm no tax added when you buy in-store.
Bought two, loaded $60 on each, paid $60 flat each transaction.

Warning - Anycard responded to my inquiry and they said only the $50 cards qualify for the promo, even though the email shows variable load cards.

Those 20 bucks 2 16" 4 topping pizza days at metro a killer deal with this.
Does this mean I can redeem $22.45 on skip then redeem the balance of $27.55 at lcbo.
Can I redeem (2x) $20 and (1x) $10 with a $50 anycard

Just to confirm, All the cards are variable load cards. So you have to choose $50 at the checkout.
Edit: Seeing the Foodbasics tagged thread with the $50 card. I can confirm you can use variable load cards to redeem the Walmart eGiftcard. The fineprint on getmybonus.ca says $50 or more can work but obviously more devalues the returns to you.

Can I use my $50 anycard to redeem eGiftcards from multiple retailers?
For example, $10 for retailer A. 15 for retailer B. 13 for retailer C. And so on?

Yes
However the denominations are fixed and vary by retailer, e.g. $10, $25, $50
