Enjoy motorcycle games? A wide range of games is readily available to pick up and play today. However, if you’re after something completely new, then 2022 will have a few games worth looking into. It might be a bit niche for just motorcycle games, but a few are slated to launch later on within this year.

#6 Bike Baron 2

Bike Baron is a game franchise that’s quite a bit like the Trials games. In this franchise, players are trying to go through an obstacle course where flipping your bike or smacking your head will result in players having to restart. Fortunately, there are different checkpoints to go through the course in small sections. We know that Bike Baron 2 is inbound, where we will get a new selection of courses to go through. Unfortunately, we’re still waiting on more information on the upcoming game as the developers have yet to reveal just when a new game is coming. Initially, the developers had this game coming to PC in 2021, but it had only hit mobile devices so far.

#5 American Motorcycle Simulator

American Motorcycle Simulator is all about taking your motorcycle and reaching the coast. In this game, players are taking the role of a man seeking to go through the iconic Route 66 pathway. You’ll start in Chicago and attempt to make your way to LA. During your journey, you’ll need to maintain your ride. Several parts can fail and, as a result, need to be replaced. Then there’s the fact you’ll have to ensure your gas tank doesn’t run dry. Meanwhile, you’ll also come to different points of interest like a bar to play billiards for cash, get into scuffles, or even help someone stranded by fixing up their vehicle. At the moment, we don’t have a release date just yet.

#4 MX vs ATV Legends

The MX vs ATV franchise has a lengthy history of releases, and we’ve got MX vs ATV Legends this year. If you’ve never played these games in the past, you’ll deal with bikes, ATVs, and UTVs. You’ll get to race around on these different off-road vehicles either through the natural courses professionally made tracks to compete with others. There’s a career mode in this game as well. You’ll attempt to race through the different competitions as you work towards improving your rank. In races, the better you do will result in sponsorship deals and invitations to other promotional events. Of course, you’ll also get the ability to tweak your vehicles with different parts. However, at the moment, we don’t have a release date attached to MX vs ATV Legends.

If you enjoy supercross, then take a look at Monster Energy Supercross 5. You’ve likely already heard about this game franchise, as it’s been around for a while now. In this game, you have a career mode where the focus is taking your character and getting them from the amateur 250SX Future Class range and getting them right up to a professional level. What makes this game a bit more unique is that you’re not only taking care of your ride but the character. There is a new Shape System feature added to this installment. With this feature, the game will adjust how well you’ll perform in a race when you sustain injuries. So, if you’re reckless and end up taking some hard hits, your performance will actually go down. You’ll even have to go through some training between races so that you’ll be able to perform normally again.
