We are almost at the end of 2014! Holy poop. This year went by so freaking fast. I’m almost done with my third book, meaning I’ve almost written 2 cookbooks, filled with over 200 recipes in the past year.I’ll soon be done with my cookbook and I will have more time to share a ton of new recipes with you guys! But even though the future is right before us, we can’t forget about past recipes. That would just be frivolous. I’m not sure what that means, but it feels good right now.
This recipe was one of my most popular recipes of all time. I don’t even live in the same house that I took this picture in! Crazy how much can change in a year!

I’ve made many of these and have never been disappointed! Most notably the pizza spaghetti pie is genius and that meatloaf is the best I’ve made. You clearly have a gift for this stuff 🙂

I found your blog late in 2014 after researching Paleo and you helped me see that it’s not a deprivation lifestyle. Thank you for motivating and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for 2015. BTW, I have your “The Paleo Kitchen” and I’ve used it so much these past few weeks that the pages are sticking together!!!
